Préstamos comerciales
Not all businesses fit neatly into a traditional banking box. And finding the right funding solution for a small business is also confusing and time-consuming for busy business owners.
Tax preparers often have the clearest picture of a client’s financial situation, but don't have time to help their clients get introduced to a network of qualified lenders.
That's why we built the Business Loan Assistance Program to help business owners across a variety of industries get financing for their business.
We have a nationwide network of 50+ qualified lenders and we understand how to package and present businesses to get the best rates and terms available. As a thank you, we provide generous referrals to tax preparers who introduce us.
How does the process work?
The process is simple and designed to minimize the time required from the business owner.

-
The business owner completes a short intake form and has a quick conversation with us.
-
We review the situation and determine which lenders are the best fit.
-
We present the opportunity to qualified lenders in our network.
-
The lenders provide financing options with rates and terms.
-
The business owner decides whether they want to proceed.
There is never an obligation to accept any offer.

How much does this cost business owners?
There are never any upfront fees. If we present options that the business owner does not want, there is no fee and no obligation. If the business owner chooses to accept the financing solution, our fee is usually paid by the lender - not the business owner - and we only get paid if the business gets funded successfully.

How long does the process take?
It depends on the type of financing. Our goal is always to move as quickly as possible while still finding the best financing structure.
Typical timelines:
Lines of Credit / Working Capital: 24–72 hours
Equipment Financing: 2–5 days
Commercial Real Estate / SBA Loans: 2–6 weeks

Do you work in the best interest of the business owner?
Yes. Because we work with a large network of lenders, we are not tied to a single lender. Our goal is to match each business with the lender offering the best structure, rate, and terms for their situation.

Is information kept confidential?
Yes. All information shared with us is kept confidential and only provided to lenders that are relevant to the situation. We never sell or distribute information outside of the lenders evaluating the loan.
Does Profit Edge loan money?
No. Think of us like a mortgage broker, but for business loans. Just like a mortgage broker knows how to gather all the right details and present you to qualified lenders to get you the best rate, we understand how to do this for small business loans.
Do you personal personal loans?
No. Only business loans.
What lenders do you work with?
We have a network of over 50 qualified lenders, including major banks and reputable finance companies that specialize in certain types of loans. Our goal is to match each business with the best lender for their situation and goals to get the best rate and terms.
What types of loans do you do?
With a network of over 50 qualified lenders, we can do help with several types of loan include real estate, A/R & factoring, SBA 504 & 7a, construction, hard money, equipment loans, lines of credit, business acquisition, and non-traditional businesses (MJ, etc.)
See our loan guidelines below for more information.

What are the typical loan amounts?
With our network of lenders, financing can range from $10,000 to $10 million or more, but we specialize in loans from $50,000 - $5 million.
Typical ranges:
Working Capital / Lines of Credit: $25,000 – $500,000
Equipment Financing: $10,000 – $2,000,000+
SBA Loans (7a / 504): $100,000 – $5,000,000
Commercial Real Estate: $500,000 – $10,000,000+
Business Acquisition: $250,000 – $10,000,000+
What if the business was declined by a bank before?
No problem. Traditional banks decline loans for many reasons. But because we work with a large network of lenders, we can often find financing solutions even when banks say no.
Why do tax preparers refer clients?
Tax preparers often have the clearest picture of a client’s financial situation, but they don't have the time to drop everything and try to find a lender when a client needs capital for growth, equipment, or cash flow to move their business forward.
The Business Loan Assistance Program allows tax preparers to help business owners save time and frustration while also earning a generous thank you bonus for the introduction.

If I refer a business owner, can I stay involved in the process?
Yes. We recognize the importance of keeping strong client relationships. Tax preparers are not obligated to do any work to earn the thank you bonus, but we will always keep you informed and involved throughout the process.
How much can I earn by referring a business owner?
We are truly thankful for referrals and we offer thank you bonuses any time an introduction leads to a successful loan funding. Depending on the loan type and amount, a thank you bonus can range from $250 - $2,500+ per successful loan funding.

Why do you offer this service?
We built our Business Loan Assistance Program because we recognize that many small business owners don't have time to navigate the lending process to find the best fit.
And since we already serve tax professionals who understand the financial pictures of their clients' businesses, it is a great fit for us.
